Used this company's services for our wedding, no complaints. The member of staff was professional and discreet (as requested). As far as I know, no issues arose during the day and I (the bride) only saw him once, but we are very grateful for the peace of mind that his services gave us, and my family members mentioned that he was actively monitoring the venue's entrances/exits all day, arrived promptly and stayed until the agreed time.
