Andy was at pains to understand what we were trying to achieve when he came to do the survey, and took the time to run through everything with us so we understood what he would do on the day of the job. On the day of installation, Andy and Alfie worked quickly and thoroughly; they ensured we were happy with everything before they left. Nothing was too much trouble - Andy even noticed and fixed a loose downpipe for us! Have no hesitation in recommending him for this work.
