We are in the process of transferring more of our blocks to the Wilson Hawkins team as we have found them to be best in class. We have previously used a number of other management companies and were always encountering problems. Keep up the great work!

We spoke with 3 other agencies before deciding to go with the Team at Wilson Hawkins. Our block is 12 units and they are managing it for 8 months now. Always very responsive, any works are dealt with quickly and fees are a bit lower than what we were paying before. Impressed so far!

We have just onboarded Wilson Hawkins as our new managing agents after changing 6 agents in less than 3 years. The onboarding and the migration overall must be by far the best we have experienced so far. Hope and wish this attitude of professionalism and perfection continues for years to come!

I am the owner of 2 flats in one of the buildings run by WH. It must be managed for 3 or maybe 4 years now. Service charge is stable over the years, service is of high quality and I always get a quick response via email or when I text them. Professional and friendly with a very personal touch. B

We spoke with 4 parties before deciding to go with the WH team. Our block is 15 units and they are managing it for 9 months now. They are very responsive, maintenance is quick and fees are a bit lower than what we were paying below. Good stuff so far. let's hope they keep it up.
