A highly unprofessional and unreliable company. Of many negative experiences I could share, most recently I needed IVPM to sign an document to allow a remortgage application to complete. First approached for this in Dec 2024, I am still chasing them for this in late March 2025. Calls and emails are never answered, and whilst receptionist is generally friendly on the phone, no amount of messages left ever lead any response.

What a terrible company to deal with. Very unprofessional and the MD Kimberly it no help at all. Many people I know have had the same experience. Stay clear!

Would be 0* if that was an option! Absolutely shocking company. Never answer emails. Have sent me arrears letters over and over again to payments I have already made and when I send proof of payments they choose to ignore and threaten with a court case. AVOID at all costs!!!!!

Absolutely useless company. Don’t answer the phone or emails. Seems to be full of airheads. Avoid at all costs if you are looking for competent people!!!
