Description
Most people don't look for a new managing agent because everything is fine.
They look because emails go unanswered. Because the same maintenance issues get reported month after month and nothing changes. Because an AGM arrives and nobody can explain where the service charge money has gone.
We built Gallery Blocks for exactly that situation.
We're a block management company based in Evesham, covering the West Midlands, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire. Every property manager on our team is TPI-qualified — a professional standard that is verified and examined, not assumed. Our work on major works is supervised by a RICS-accredited building surveyor. And every building we take on gets a formal reserve fund health check within its first 30 days with us — because in most cases, nobody has ever done one.
We believe that leaseholders — not just directors — are entitled to know what is happening in their building. That's why we communicate directly with every leaseholder, every quarter: financial reports, property condition reports, and all shared documents accessible 24/7 through our online portal. Directors are supported, not exposed. Residents are informed, not kept in the dark.
When something goes wrong out of hours, a real person answers our emergency line within 60 seconds. When you switch to us, we run the entire transition and have it complete within one month. When you need to understand what the next decade of maintenance will cost your building, we tell you — before a £60,000 roof replacement arrives with no money to pay for it.
Gallery Blocks is part of Gallery Group, which also includes Gallery Properties (lettings) and Spectro Property Solutions (maintenance) — all under one roof, all working together.
We're not the right fit for every building. But if you're tired of being managed by an agent who treats transparency as optional, we'd like to show you what the alternative looks like.
