Description

We can offer two Swing and Jazz Bands but both can be tailored to your specific requirements of genre and size:

High Octave Jazz are a small Jazz Combo playing the Swing and 'Blue Note Era' sounds so popular at weddings and parties. We can play background music to add atmosphere to a Special Occasion or can liven up the tempo for dancing with or without vocals. We are PAT tested and have Public Liability Insurance.

If a larger function is planned Salisbury Big Band plays the classic Swing Music popularised by Michael Buble and others. We have two charismatic vocalists with great rapport with the audiences.

High Octave Jazz offered a nice range of jazz music to suit the occasion at New Milton “The Hub”I would recommend this band for any occasion. Looking forward to seeing them play again.

I saw the band perform at Middle Wallop a few days ago and thoroughly enjoyed them from start to finish. Very talented musicians that showed they really enjoy what they do. One lady trumpeter stood out for her enthusiastic playing and dancing skills and was clearly having a great time! To summarise. Percussion, keyboard and guitars were on point. Brass were being brass, LOUD! 😂 Woodwind, especially solo performances, were brilliant. All in all they did a great job. Highly recommended.

Brilliant fun AND a fantastic group of musicians. Seemed like the band and the audience were all having a great night! Just like 1920s Chicago (without the prohibition). Highly recommended

Thank you so much for putting on such a fabulous evening last night! The decor, food and entertainment were amazing, and obviously the music and Damian's singing were the usual high standard. It was absolutely brilliant and our group all had a great time. It was topped off by my partner winning best dressed man, with his spats getting a mention in the announcement. Our group collapsed into raucous laughter at that because we all knew that l had made his spats the previous evening from an inside out Skinner's dog food sack!! Surely the only person there wearing a dog food sack 🤣. Please, please consider putting the event on again in the future. We look forward to seeing the band again soon.
