I tutor with experience, understanding, patience and enjoyment. I tutor from the heart, caring about each child I tutor. I carefully plan the work to suit each individual child's learning needs and encourage progression step by step. I am able to keep the child engaged with interest whatever their ability. It reflects my sensitive, thoughtful approach to each child I tutor. I have an interest and experience in teaching children with dyslexia and have successfully completed a Diploma in 'Understanding and Managing Dyslexia' at Quality Licence Scheme Level 3 gaining 'High Merit.' I have many years of experience as a Primary age teacher with B.Ed (Hons) Degree, second class first division (1986). I have qualified teacher status and an enhanced DBS certificate in date. I commenced working as a private tutor in November 2016.
