Are you a Technical Surveyor with experience in metal roofing or cladding looking to join a well-established and growing construction business where you will play a key role in surveying projects, coordinating technical drawings and managing materials procurement, with great opportunities for progression?

This role would suit a Technical Surveyor or similar with experience in metal roofing, cladding or the wider construction envelope sector and the ability to manage multiple projects, who is looking for a varied, hands-on role with opportunities for training and progression.

In this role, the successful candidate will carry out detailed roof surveys, translate measurements into technical designs, coordinate construction drawings with the Draughtsman, prepare materials schedules, obtain supplier quotations and manage orders to ensure projects are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The Role:

Carrying out measured roof surveys on new-build, refurbishment and re-roofing projectsProducing technical system layouts, panel schedules and materials take-offsCoordinating construction drawings and checking technical details before issueManaging materials procurement, supplier quotations and delivery schedulesTravelling to project sites across the UKThe Person:

Technical Surveyor with experience in metal roofing, cladding or a similar construction sectorPrevious experience carrying out site surveys and coordinating technical drawingsExperience preparing materials schedules and managing procurementFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to sitesReference Number: BBBH28022
