Metalis are working with a client that are a rapidly growing metal engineering and subcontract manufacturing company, established just 18 months ago and already making significant strides in the industry. During this time, they have expanded their operations, including the acquisition of a heat treatment business and relocation to larger premises.

As they continue to build on this momentum, we are looking to bring in talented and driven individuals to help shape the future of the company.

The Role

They are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong engineering background to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

This role is key to expanding our presence within subcontract manufacturing, working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within subcontract manufacturingBuild and maintain strong client relationshipsManage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to order completionPrepare quotations in collaboration with engineering and production teamsInterpret technical drawings and customer requirementsConduct client meetings and represent the business professionallyAchieve sales targets and contribute to company growthMonitor market trends and competitor activityAbout You

Proven track record in sales within engineering or manufacturingStrong technical understanding and ability to read engineering drawingsAbility to build and maintain long-term customer relationshipsProactive, self-motivated, and results-drivenStrong communication and negotiation skillsWhat We Offer
