Our client, a prominent entity within the highways sector, is currently seeking a proactive and detail–focused Street Works Permit Officer to join their team on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Assessing and managing permit applications and variationsEnsuring compliance with legislation, codes of practice, and national permit conditionsLiaising with utility companies, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination of street and road works
Job Requirements:
Experience in street works, highways, or permit schemesGood knowledge of NRSWA, permit schemes, and associated legislationStrong organisational and communication skillsConfident in using IT systems and managing competing priorities
