The Role

We are currently seeking a Stores / Production Operative to join the Production Team in the Highbridge area. This role has become available to support the team in managing inventory, assembling products, and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. Candidates can expect a hands-on role in a busy production environment, with opportunities to develop practical skills and grow within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Organising and maintaining inventory within the warehouse Assembling products using hand and power tools Applying mechanical knowledge during product assembly Assisting with loading and unloading deliveries Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

About You

Valid Forklift Counterbalance licence (external) Previous experience in stores or warehouse operations is essential Ability to work independently and as part of a team Detail-oriented and hands-on approach Willingness to learn, with full training provided
