About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Site Agent to join our clients' team on a major civil engineering project at Stansted Airport. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality infrastructure and building works in a dynamic and safety-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress, quality, and costs against programme and budget. Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and airport authorities to maintain strong working relationships. Prepare and review risk assessments, method statements, and site documentation. Drive productivity and ensure works are delivered on time and to specification. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Agent on civil engineering projects. Strong knowledge of airport or infrastructure works is desirable. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent). CSCS and SMSTS certifications required. On Offer:
