Review existing structural designs, construction methods and building information to evaluate structural integrity.
Undertake structural calculations, analysis and detailed design where required.

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver technically sound and compliant solutions.
About You
Minimum 10 years' experience in Structural Engineering, ideally within a consultancy environment.

Good knowledge of structural robustness, disproportionate collapse and progressive collapse principles.
Experience assessing high-rise buildings and understanding different construction methods and structural systems.
Experience undertaking structural inspections, condition surveys and defect assessments.
Strong working knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards and UK Building Regulations.
Experience producing detailed structural calculations, technical reports, specifications and recommendations.
Broad experience working with different structural materials, including steel, concrete, masonry and timber.
