Job Role of the Senior Structural Designer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Structural Designer to join a leading manufacturer. Working within the design team, you will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions and supporting projects from concept through to production.

You will use CAD software to create designs, produce samples and prototypes, and work closely with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to specification You will use CAD software to create designs, produce samples and prototypes, support the sales team with design solutions, and manage multiple projects from concept through to completion.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Senior Structural Designer

CAD skills, particularly IMPACT softwareProven experience in a design role within a manufacturingGood project management skills Requirements for the Senior Structural Designer

Understanding of continuous improvement and reliability practicesCAD skills, particularly IMPACT softwareAbility to work closely with customers to develop design solutionsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously Desirable Requirements for the Senior Structural Designer
