Senior Quantity Surveyor-Immingham-Outside IR35

Description

Due to the recent award of a GBP4m Bridge Construction scheme in Immingham, our client, a top regional Contractor has the need for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support these works which also include a new Car Park aloing with the Bridge.

Using NEC Option 4, daily duties will include overseeing Sub Contractor Accounts, Cost Reporting, Applications for Payments, CVRs and Client Liaison.

To be considered, you will ideally have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and have solid all round Civils experience to your name with Bridges exposure also ideal.

In return, a top day rate is on offer along with a year contract that could well be extended due to otheer works in the pipeline.
