A globally recognised Building Services Consultancy is looking to appoint a Senior MEP Revit Technician to join its Bristol office.

The Role

As a Senior MEP Revit Technician, you will play a key role in the production and coordination of high–quality BIM models and technical drawings across a wide variety of building services projects.

Working closely with Engineers, BIM Managers and other design professionals, you'll be responsible for delivering coordinated Revit models throughout the design process while contributing to the continual development of digital engineering standards and BIM workflows.

The role will include:

Producing and coordinating MEP Revit models and technical drawings across RIBA Stages 2–4Developing coordinated BIM models in line with company BIM standards and templatesManaging Revit models from initial setup through to project completionProducing drawing sheets, views and model documentationIncorporating asset information including COBie, IFC and Uniclass data where requiredReviewing models produced by engineers and carrying out clash detectionProducing coordination reports and assisting with design reviewsWorking collaboratively with Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health EngineersSupporting BIM execution plans and digital delivery processesContributing ideas towards BIM automation and digital engineering improvementsEnsuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently and within programme Requirements

The successful Senior MEP Revit Technician will ideally have:

Experience within a Building Services Consultancy or MEP ContractorStrong experience using Autodesk Revit for MEP projectsGood understanding of Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health building servicesHNC or equivalent qualification within Building Services or a related discipline (preferred)Experience producing coordinated BIM models and technical drawingsGood understanding of BIM workflows and model coordinationExperience using AutoCADStrong communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams Desirable experience includes:
