Seeking a strong M&E Building Services Project Leader to work for a long standing business and lead an iconic and life changing exciting project in the Midlands
Experience within, health care, clean–rooms, pharmaceutical, life sciences would be advantageous. As well as high profile commercial projects of high value.
You must be able to present a minimum of 10 years working on large scale project delivery to time and budget
Proven track record of working to deadlines and handing over projects successfully at a high quality and have input on the strategy for building services.
