Senior Bridge Engineer

Description

We're looking for a Senior Bridge Design Engineer with 4+ years' experience and either working towards Chartership or already Chartered (ICE/IStructE) to join our growing team.

You'll work across a diverse portfolio of bridge and civil structures projects for Tier 1 contractors delivering National Highways schemes, private developers, and local authorities.

This role offers involvement throughout the full project lifecycle, including:

Feasibility studies and options appraisalsPreliminary designDetailed designBridge assessments and refurbishment schemesTechnical reporting and client liaisonProject delivery and mentoring of junior engineers

About You

Degree qualified in Civil or Structural EngineeringMinimum 4 years' bridge design experienceNearly Chartered or Chartered (ICE/IStructE)Strong understanding of UK bridge design standards and EurocodesExperience delivering projects from concept through detailed designExcellent communication and report–writing skills
