Senior Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer
Salary: Up to 55,000 + Company Van, Tools & Fuel Card
Location: London (mobile role)

Are you an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer looking for your next challenge?
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service, Maintenance & Breakdown Engineer to join our established team, covering commercial and residential sites across London.
The Role:
Carry out service, maintenance, fault-finding and breakdowns on a wide range of air conditioning systems (VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, AHUs, etc.).
Work independently to diagnose complex issues and deliver first-time fixes wherever possible.
Lead by example, offering support and guidance to junior engineers when required.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
About You:
A wealth of hands-on experience in air conditioning service, maintenance and breakdown.
Strong knowledge of leading manufacturers and systems.
F-Gas 2079 certification essential.
Full UK driving licence.
Reliable, professional, and confident working both independently and as part of a team.
