Our client, a growing specialist engineering and manufacturing business supporting multiple industries including automotive, is seeking a Quality Manager to join their team.

Quality Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensure products consistently meet customer specifications and ISO 90001 standards Maintain company procedures and processes in compliance with ISO standards Lead the reassessment and implementation of new quality standards Liaise with customers and suppliers on quality-related matters Quality Manager Ideal Candidate:

Qualified time-served engineer or HNC in a relevant discipline Strong working knowledge of ISO standards and quality improvement methodologies Solid understanding of mechanical disciplines and procedures Commercially aware, able to operate within the financial constraints of the business Experience with machining castings and powder coating is desirable Proficient in modern problem-solving and analytical techniques Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of the business and representing the company externally Flexible, hands-on approach with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving Strong team player with the ability to positively influence across the organization Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Quality Manager Working Hours:
