The Property Coordinator is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Property Acquisition Manager. You will assist in implementing and helping to drive all aspects of planning and site acquisition to support to the Property Acquisition Manager. The Acquisition Coordinator is to work within a multi-disciplinary team to meet the project’s goals on time and within budget. It will require you to organise supplier and internal resources to achieve the project and customers’ requirements.
Property Coordinator Responsibilties
* Manage suppliers, via regular reviews, meetings and reporting to maintain data integrity throughout the project’s lifecycle.
* Take receipt of client instruction, acknowledge, process, and track through to completion.
* Updating both the client and company database to ensure status updates are accurate, whilst ensuring the wider business are provided with clean data.
* Forecasting and driving project completions within SLA.
* Raise outgoing purchase order cover, in line with agreed rates. xjnqpsq
* Raise and track dependency requests for ICNIRP certs, location plans and broadcast feasibility reviews.
Property Coordinator Requirements
* Administration Experience
* Good use of MS office
* Property related qualification (advantageous)
* Good eye for detail with aspirations to develop
