Project Manager

GBP55-65k + GBP7k Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare

Hybrid Working. 2 days Telford. Ref: 24613

The Project Manager will directly manage projects simultaneously at different stages of progress/completion while working closely with Customers, Installation contractors, Engineering, Field Service, Procurement, and Contracts to ensure successful project completions.

Project Manager - The Role:

Lead and manage cross-functional teams on electrical and controls projects to deliver commitments on schedule, under budget to exceed customer expectations

Communicate and meet with customers through the life cycle of each project

Review, summarise and communicate the contractual requirements, milestones, and practicalities to internal and external stakeholders

Prepare and present progress and financial reports of Projects under management

Manage risks & mitigation using Project Management tools

Manage and participate in Quality Audits and Assurance.

Assist estimation and preparation of bids working with functions and sub-contractors/vendors

Working Conditions:

Up to 30% Travel for bid site visits, installation meetings and site supervision if required

Project Manager - The Person:

5+ years direct experience in industrial project management.

Experience with Electrical, Controls and high-power applications will be a plus

Awareness of NEC and HSE

Project management tools experience MS Project Server, MS Projects, SharePoint, Power BI

Oracle or SAP experience preferred

Located in Shropshire, this role is commutable from Telford, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Shrewsbury, Stafford.
