Job Role: Project Manager

Job Type: Perm/Full Time

Salary: Dependent on skills and experience

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join our specialist and experienced Building Services company providing to the Energy, Food Processing and Pharmaceutical Industry with a unique service. We provide a unique service from concept, advising and partnering with our clients to ensure the correct mechanical and electrical solution bespoke to their needs.

Role and Responsibilities:

Lead project team Manage project controls Monitor, review and approve project documentation, providing updates to reflect project status Oversee project deliverables throughout all project phases Oversee vendor and subcontractor management Manage project stakeholder relations Promote company values, objectives and procedures Demonstrate strong commitment to Company Health and Safety and QAQC Programs Regularly report on project controls to the management team Mentor and guide project team members Sound working knowledge of CDM regulations Proven knowledge of the Energy industry, contract procurement, environmental legislation, H&S legislation and planning regulations Proven track record in the delivery of projects to cost, quality and time parameters Responsible for financial management of projects Responsible for meeting programme / time constraints Responsible for allocation of resources Monitor, review and approve project documentation providing updates to reflect project status Sign off project plans/quality plans on completion Approve all works to be carried out on sites Qualifications:

HND in Engineering or equivalent qualification or demonstratable experience applicable to the role Full, clean UK driving licence. NEBOSH or equivalent SMSTS or CCNSG PRINCE 2/Project Management Experience
