Project Manager – Manufacturing Engineering

Carbon60 is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join its leading aerospace client's Manufacturing Engineering Programme Management team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple high–impact transformation projects focused on optimising industrial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate several concurrent projects across multifunctional and international teams.Drive planning, execution, and delivery against time, cost, and quality targets.Facilitate stakeholder engagement across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Programme Management.Prepare and present project documentation at key decision points.Ensure compliance with procedural and regulatory standards.Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, actionable plans for cross–functional teams.

Required Skills:

Strong project management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment.Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive progress.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.Experience in Manufacturing Engineering or Quality is advantageous.Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.About the role:

Hybrid working – must be flexible on days 35 per hour Umbrella (PAYE rate also available)35 hour week – overtime at standard rateContract position until March 2026 – possible extension This position has nationality restrictions as a result of the sensitive nature of the projects onsite.
