The Role

We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Project Manager to report directly to the Head of EPR Fleet Collaboration. In this role, you will champion knowledge sharing and drive synergy between Hinkley Point C (HPC) and Sizewell C (SZC).

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of the HPC–SZC Collaboration Agreement, unlocking efficiencies, capturing vital lessons learned, and establishing best practices across the UK EPR fleet to improve safety, schedule, and cost performance.

This role can be based in either Bristol or London working on a hybrid basis.

Key Responsibilities

Collaboration & Governance: Support the implementation and governance of the HPC–SZC Collaboration Agreement, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Knowledge Sharing: Facilitate the seamless exchange of data, lessons learned, and best practices between projects, promoting organisational learning.

Efficiency & Cost Savings: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, efficiency improvements, and optimized asset utilisation across the fleet.

Performance Tracking: Develop, monitor, and report collaboration KPIs, while tracking risks, issues, actions, and dependencies.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong, effective relationships across HPC, SZC, and corporate functions, acting as a vital link to drive continuous improvement.

Reporting & Leadership Support: Prepare high–quality reports, presentations, and senior leadership briefings to support informed decision–making.

What You'll Need

Education & Experience: Degree qualified or possessing equivalent professional experience, ideally within the infrastructure, construction, engineering, energy, or nuclear sectors.

Project Management Expertise: Strong understanding of project management principles, governance, controls, reporting, and risk/change management.

Track Record: Proven experience delivering projects within complex, multi–stakeholder environments while managing cross–functional teams and competing priorities.

Influencing & Communication: Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with a demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes through collaboration.

Analytical Skills: Strong problem–solving, planning, and organisational abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
