Salary: GBP32,000 - GBP36,000

Location: Ladybank, Fife

Are you an experienced leader in production or manufacturing looking to take the next step in your career? We are recruiting for a Production Team Manager to oversee one of five busy production areas, driving results while supporting and developing people.

Key Responsibilities

Manage team performance to achieve production targets

Deliver and monitor daily running plans and workload setup

Prioritise workload effectively while monitoring stock levels

Encourage progression and highlight training opportunities

Conduct staff development activities - appraisals, reviews, HR duties

Manage costs effectively

Lead on risk assessments, Health & Safety, and Food Safety standards

Balance focus on production results with team motivation and wellbeing

Skills Required for the Production Team Manager:
