35,000 – 42,000 + Further Career Progression + Full bespoke Industry Training

Office based with some Hybrid, Commutable from Evesham, Cheltenham, Ledbury, Cirencester, Churchdown, Gloucester, Kineton and surrounding areas

Are you a self starting and highly organised Production Supervisor, Production Team Leader or Manufacturing supervisor with a background in any Engineering , Fabrication, Electro–Mechanical Machinery or Servicing sectors, looking to oversee a varied, skilled team of engineers, production operative and quality technicians, where you will receive full industry technical training and the scope to progress your career whilst having a strong impact on this close knit prestigious manufacturer?

The Role:

Overseeing the Workshop, Production and Small Service teams

Working closely with the senior leadership team to improve operational efficiency across the Engineering functions

Previous Production or Manufacturing supervision or team leadership experience
