Product Innovation Engineer / Whitstable / Hybrid / Permanent /
Up to 80,000 Basic Salary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Innovation Engineer to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business. This role is ideal for someone with experience in prototype engineering experience and experience developing new products in an engineering space.
Key Responsibilities
Designing and developing prototype productsWork with the testing team to ensure products meet guidelines and amending prototype specificationsWork closely with internal teams to ensure designs meet the correct requirementsConduct investigations on failed prototype testsPresenting concepts and technical details to internal teams
Requirements
Previous experience within a product development or prototype engineering positionHigher National Certificate or Degree in an Engineering fieldExperience using SolidWorks or a similar 3D CAD softwareBackground within manufacturing, engineering, or mechanical environmentsGood communication and presentation skills
