Onsite AV Service Engineer

GBP40,000 – GBP45,000 Salary (DOE)

08 30 Monday Friday

6 Month Contract (Potential for permanent role at end of contract)

Role:

Providing onsite support, including preventative maintenance, incident management, and reactive support. This role requires a proactive and highly organised individual capable of working independently and collaborating as part of a team.

Duties:

Working alongside in house AV / IT teams serving as the point of escalation for audio visual faults.Conduct daily scheduled preventative maintenance checks and document findings.In depth servicing of AV control systems, audio DSPs and network faults.Log and manage all incidents accurately.Maintain site asset inventory.Assisting with the commissioning of integrated solutions.Deinstallation and reinstallation of AV equipment as needed.Assist with technical site surveys.Provide customer training on AV system operation.Provide reactive AV support across additional sites where required. What You ll Need:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong customer service skillsUnderstanding of networking principles.Technical knowledge of AV control systems and audio DSPs. (Knowledge of Extron systems would be a huge plus)Excellent fault–finding skills. What s on Offer:
