The Client

Interaction Technical are recruiting on behalf of a well-established specialist provider of hydraulic hose repair and replacement services.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Mobile Hydraulic Technician to their Milton Keynes team.

As a Mobile Hydraulic Technician, you will provide on-site hydraulic hose repair and replacement services to customers across the local area.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a professional on-site hydraulic hose replacement and repair service to customersAttend customer sites to diagnose and repair hydraulic hose failuresParticipate in a 24-hour on-call rota, including weekends and bank holidaysPromote company products and services to existing and prospective customersMaintain high standards of health and safety at all timesManage stock levels within the Mobile Sales and Service Unit (MSSU)Carry out routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checksEnsure the service vehicle is kept clean, organised, and fully stockedMaintain accurate technical and procedural documentationSupport workshop and service centre staff when requiredAttend company training courses and development programmes Requirements

Previous experience within a mechanical, plant, engineering, hydraulic, agricultural, HGV, automotive, or similar environmentBasic mechanical knowledge and fault-finding abilityStrong communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and manage your workload effectivelyGood manual dexterity and practical problem-solving skillsProfessional and customer-focused approachWillingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotaAbility to communicate technical information clearlyFull UK Driving Licence EssentialHydraulic hose experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided About You
