The Role

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Electrical Engineer / Authorised Person (AP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and installing electrical plant and equipment, ensuring swift resolution of faults and defects, and supporting critical systems operations.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the electrical Authorised Person (AP)Respond to breakdown maintenance requests within SLAMaintain and inspect UPS systems, generators, and commercial installationsApply risk-focused maintenance strategies for critical plant/systemsPrepare method statements, risk assessments, and works requestsUndertake upgrade and installation projectsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with financial processesSupport incident reporting and root cause analysisWhat We're Looking For

Essential:

18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulations (Amendment 2/3)Previous AP appointment (e.g., AP15/12)Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified electrical engineerExperience with generators and UPS maintenanceStrong understanding of building maintenance systemsDesirable:

Knowledge of BMS, HVAC systems, and CDM processesHealth & Safety qualifications (IOSH/NEBOSH)Testing and inspection of electrical systemsWater hygiene (L8) awarenessWhy Join Us?
