Mechanical Team Lead (Energy-from-Waste)

Monday to Friday Days Based role - You can be based in or around the following areas: Ellesmere Port, Chester, Birkenhead, Liverpool, Manchester, Wrexham, Crewe, Northwich, Warrington

55,000 - 60,000 + Overtime (1.5x hourly rate weekdays, 2x hourly rate weekends) + 33 days Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays) + Life Assurance + Enhanced Pension Scheme + Medicash + Onsite Parking

The Role:

Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader working a days-based Monday - Friday roleLeading a team carrying out planned, preventative and corrective mechanical maintenance across the siteManaging maintenance planning through the CMMS, overseeing contractors, stores, and driving continuous improvement initiativesParticipating in shutdowns, plant outages, and an on-call rota when required

The Person:

Qualified Mechanical Engineer with a trade apprenticeshipMechanical maintenance experience within the Oil, Gas, Chemical, or Process industriesPrevious experience leading maintenance teams or supervising contractors
