Description
We are working with a Global facilities provider who is seeking a M&E Shift Engineer to join the team on one of their largest contracts in central London.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work in partnership with a global tech giant in their brand new European HQ. Working within a state of the art property that offers an incredible amount technical exposure.
Continental Shift - Days & Nights
Shift Engineer Key Responsibilities
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance Air Handling Units (AHUs) Fan Coil Units (FCUs) Pumps (including bearings and mechanical seals) Water treatment (tap tests, dosing, cooling tower checks, etc.) Cooling towers Tap temperature monitoring Chilled water systems General plumbing Generators Pressurisation units BMS operation CRAC units Motors Requirements
Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent Apprentice trained (desirable) Proven experience within building services maintenance Strong client-facing skills and professional manner Package on offer for the Shift Engineer
GBP50,000 + GBP5500 shift allowance Continental shift pattern (days and nights) 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays Company pension scheme Overtime available Ongoing training and development Excellent internal progression opportunities
