Description

As Mechanical Engineer you will own how products move from engineering into controlled, scalable manufacturing. You'll sit between engineering, manufacturing and quality, ensuring builds are traceable, repeatable and release ready.

As Mechanical Engineer Key Responsibilities include:

Establish manufacturing systems, controls and documentationDefine tolerances, processes and acceptance criteriaTransition products from R&D into production-ready buildsMaintain compliance with quality standards (e.g. ISO 13485)Drive CAPA, non-conformance and continuous improvementSupport product release with confidence in data and qualityExperience Required:

Experience in manufacturing / quality / production engineeringBackground in regulated or high-precision environmentsStrong understanding of how products are physically builtExperience moving products from development into manufactureHands-on, structured and comfortable building systems in a scaling companyHigh-impact role shaping manufacturing and quality in a fast-growing deep tech company, with strong ownership and equity upside.
