Are you an experienced Maintenance Manager, Lead Engineer or Senior Engineer with a strong Electrical background looking to take the next step in your career with a market-leading manufacturer?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business in a key leadership position, where you'll be given the autonomy to drive engineering performance, improve reliability and support the site's ongoing growth.

The company are recognised within their industry and continue to invest heavily in both their facilities and workforce. As a result, they are seeking an electrically biased Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance function and ensure the smooth operation of site-wide production equipment.

You will be responsible for coordinating planned and reactive maintenance activities, managing engineers and contractors, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to maximise plant performance and minimise downtime.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager, Lead Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer with experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment who is looking to lead an established engineering team.

The Role:

Lead all maintenance and engineering activities across siteManage PPM schedules, plant reliability and continuous improvement projectsOversee engineers, contractors and maintenance activities across siteMonday-Friday, 8:00am-16:00pm 62,000 - 65,000 + Bonus + Overtime + Training + Progression

The Person:

Maintenance Manager / Lead Engineer / Senior Maintenance EngineerStrong Electrical Engineering backgroundMinimum HNC in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or similarExperience within a manufacturing, production or industrial environmentCommutable to Houghton Le Spring
