JOB- HR Business Partner

LOCATION - Newton Abbot

SALARY- GBP55,000 - GBP60,000 per annum

TERM- Full-Time, Permanent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Newton Abbot. This is a strategic role requiring a strong HR professional who can drive business performance through people initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with senior leaders and managers to provide expert HR advice and guidance. Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance workforce engagement. Experience in talent development, learning & development, or organisational development. To include implementing career development programmes, or workforce capability initiatives. Oversee employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant resolution of issues. Lead talent management initiatives, including succession planning and leadership development. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies to attract top talent. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. Analyse HR metrics to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace. Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Experience in coaching and developing leadership teams. CIPD Level 5 or above is desirable.
