Description
Job Title: Heat Treatment Operative
Location: Sheffield
Pay Rate: 14.22 per hour + shift allowances
Contract: Temporary to Permanent (12 weeks)
Shifts: 3 Shift Rotation
We are currently recruiting for two Heat Treatment Operatives on behalf of a well-established and respected steel engineering business based in Sheffield.
Key Responsibilities
Goods receipt and dispatch, ensuring full material traceabilityIdentifying materials before and after heat treatment processesCharge make-up and break-down in line with production reportsStraightening and brinelling of materialsReporting any anomalies or issues to managementWhat We're Looking For
Previous experience within the steel or heavy industrial sectorStrong understanding of safe systems of workComfortable in a physically demanding roleWorking Hours (40 hours per week):
Mornings: 06:00 - 14:00 (Mon-Fri)Afternoons: 13:00 - 21:00 (Mon-Fri)Nights: 20:00 - 06:00 (Mon-Thurs)About Us
