A degree (or near completion) in Town Planning or a related subject (RTPI accredited)

Strong communication and report-writing skills

A genuine interest in planning and development

A proactive approach and willingness to learn

Previous work experience or placement in planning (desirable but not essential)

What's On Offer:

Competitive salary: 24,000 - 28,000 depending on experience

Full support toward APC and RTPI chartership

Flexible working environment with hybrid options

Excellent career progression within a growing consultancy

Hands-on mentorship from experienced professionals

This is a rare chance to join a company where your voice will be heard, your development will be prioritised, and you'll gain real project exposure from day one.
