Are you Architecture or Architectural Technology graduate with AutoCAD knowledge and an interest in residential development?
Do you want to work on innovative and sustainable housing projects, gaining hands-on experience across the planning process while developing your career within a supportive, design-led architectural practice?
On offer is the opportunity to become part of a well-established architectural studio with offices across the UK, recognised for its creative design solutions and supportive working culture. The practice is highly regarded for delivering outstanding residential and regeneration projects and has been around for over 45 years.
In this role, you will contribute at all stages of the design process from feasibility layouts to full, outline, and reserved matters planning applications. You'll produce drawings, 3D visualisations, and graphic outputs, gaining hands-on experience across the planning process.
This role would suit an Architecture or Architectural Technology graduate with AutoCAD experience looking to start their career working on residential planning and development projects.
The Role
Assist in preparing full, outline, and reserved matters planning application packagesSupport the production of feasibility layouts, masterplans, and planning drawingsCreate 3D visualisations and presentation graphics to support design proposalsMonday - Friday with flexible working hoursThe Person
