The Role

Service, maintain and install fire alarm systems across your designated areaDeliver a high level of customer service, building strong client relationshipsPlan and manage your workload effectively to meet deadlinesAccurately complete service reports and documentationIdentify faults, non-compliances and system issues, providing clear feedbackMaintain a strong focus on health & safety at all timesWork closely with colleagues and wider teams to ensure smooth operationsStrive for first-time fixes wherever possible

What We're Looking For

Solid background working with fire alarm systemsRelevant industry training (FIA or equivalent advantageous)Comfortable using handheld tech / job management systemsGood understanding of health & safety best practiceAbility to work at height and handle equipment when requiredStrong customer-facing skills and communicationSelf-motivated with a proactive attitudeFull UK driving licenceThis is a great opportunity for an engineer who wants more than just a job - somewhere you can build a long-term career, be recognised for your work, and operate within a genuinely supportive environment.
