A new opportunity to join a well-established and highly respected packaging machinery manufacturer. This is a Field Service Engineer role ideal for someone with strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills who enjoys working in a hands-on, customer-facing environment. You will be working on a range of technically advanced packaging machinery, supporting customers across the UK and Ireland.

Service, repair, install and commission a range of packaging machineryTravel to customer sites across the UK and IrelandCarry out electrical and mechanical fault finding and diagnosticsPerform planned preventative maintenance and breakdown supportWork with automation, controls, electrical and pneumatic systemsProvide technical support and guidance to customers on-siteComplete service reports and maintain accurate documentation Requirements

Strong electrical and mechanical maintenance skillsExperience within packaging machinery, automation, food processing or a similar capital equipment environmentConfident fault finding and diagnosing technical issuesExperience with PLCs, automation and control systems would be advantageousAble to read electrical schematics and technical drawingsProactive, professional and able to work independently on-siteA genuine team player who values customer satisfaction Why Join?
