Reporting to the UK Service Manager, this is a national position supporting customers with installation, maintenance, and technical service on their high-performance machinery

Field Service Engineer Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machine tools both electrically and mechanicallyInstall, commission, and formally hand over new CNC equipment at customer sitesDeliver operator training covering machine use and routine maintenanceProvide ongoing after-sales, technical, and application support to customersCarry out planned preventative maintenance as well as reactive breakdown supportFeedback on technical findings and service insights to internal departments and the factoryDevelop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers to ensure high service standardsField Service Engineer Requirements

Demonstrable experience working as a Field Service Engineer In-depth technical expertise across:Electrical and electronic systemsMechanical engineering principlesHydraulic and pneumatic systemsHND qualification or equivalent time-served engineering backgroundPrevious experience within machine tools or metal-forming equipment environmentsPackage and Benefits:
