Location - North East England

Salary - Competitive, plus BONUS INCENTIVE

Our client is an industry leading Fire Protection business and is continuing to grow rapidly with over 800 staff currently. Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking a Field Line Manager to join the team in the North East. If you are passionate about the industry, have a wealth of technical experience across both fire and security, and are keen for your next step in the industry this could be the role for you!

As a senior engineer or experienced Manager, you will be accountable for motivating engineers to deliver high-quality service in full compliance with current British Standards. Your responsibilities will include training, auditing, and assessing your team to uphold performance and regulatory requirements.

The Role of the new Fire and Security Field Line Manager:

To manage and effectively communicate with technicians and all other business departments To routinely assess and audit technician performance, including recognising gaps in knowledge Monitor all overdue service orders, and complete within a specified deadline Ensure all technicians are meeting targets and KPI s Uphold a safe working environment, Support financial growth within your team Promote a customer focused approach, resolving all complaints within 48 hours Represent the business in a professional manner Advocate the companies values and vision The Ideal Candidate:

Must have a driving license Experience of working in the fire and security industry Have fantastic time management skills A good knowledge of hand tools Be available out of hours and in hour call outs Previous customer experience Be motivated & have a positive personality Fantastic time management skills Effective communication
