Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering and manufacturing teams. Confidence managing project risks, priorities and customer expectations. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Good technical understanding of manufacturing or engineering processes. Aerospace manufacturing experience would be highly advantageous, but we're also interested in strong candidates from other technically complex engineering environments.
