Due to ongoing expansion, one of YT Technologies most prestigious engineering clients is looking for an an electronics hardware engineer with experience in schematic and PCB design to join their design function.
This particular role would suit someone with about 2–5 years of experience. You should have experience working with electromechanical systems and time spent getting hands–on with electronic circuits to debug and fault–find issues, working with oscilloscopes and other measurement devices, to help further develop the electronics design. A solid understanding of analogue electronics design and motor controller architecture would be a helpful skill set.
Your role will involve:
Designing new PCBAs from prototype schematic capture through to production intent implementation. Bringing up testing of new PCBA designs to prove designs meet requirements. Circuit simulation using LTSpice to determine circuit performance
Essential Requirements:
2–5 years relevant industry experience. A proven skillset covering mixed signal electronic circuit design, simulation, and test. Schematic capture and PCB design using an industry leading ECAD package. Lab skills including measurement and PCBA rework. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Able to work individually and as part of a multi–disciplinary team to meet project goals and to solve problems inside and outside their area of expertise.
