We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join our team on a major project.

Electrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities

Manage electrical projects from inception through to successful completion. Take responsibility for programme, budget, quality, and delivery of electrical packages. Manage electrical subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. Coordinate electrical works with the wider construction programme and other trades. Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and technical documentation. Attend project and client meetings, providing regular progress updates. Monitor project costs, variations, procurement, and commercial performance. Ensure electrical works are delivered safely and in accordance with relevant regulations and project standards. Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover. Electrical Project Manager Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within commercial construction. Strong knowledge of commercial electrical installations and building services. Demonstrable experience managing projects from pre-construction through to completion. Strong understanding of project programmes, procurement, cost control, and subcontractor management. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight deadlines.
