Description
Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Aston, Birmingham
Shifts: Monday to Friday – Double Days
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 (depending on experience)
We're looking for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a busy manufacturing company in Aston, Birmingham. This full–time role is Monday to Friday on a double day shift pattern, with a salary of 40k– 50k depending on your experience.
Job Duties:
Carry out maintenance and repairs on production equipmentTake a hands–on approach to fix issues and prevent downtimeStick to and help improve the planned maintenance scheduleWork closely with team leaders to track performance and fix recurring problemsSupport continuous improvement across the siteHelp others in the team with fault finding and repairs
Ideal Candidate:
Completed an apprenticeship and hold a HNC (or similar) in engineeringExperience in a similar role, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or food productionElectrical skills with some mechanical knowledgeAble to fault find and make changes on PLCsExperience with robotics is a bonusUnderstand health & safety in a fast–paced environmentCan work on your own or as part of a team
