We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider in Lancashire, to recruit for a Disrepair Surveyor on a permanent basis.
The purpose of the role will predominately be to carry out surveys across their housing stock, with particular focus on damp, mould and condensation.
Responsibilities of the Disrepair Surveyor:
Providing an efficient inspection and surveying service to the companies housing stock and related assetsDiagnosing causes of damp, mould and condensationDocumenting findings of the surveysOverseeing the progress of disrepair cases through to resolutionLiaising with external specialistsProducing and updating programmes or schedules of works, and monitoring progressProviding cover and support to other property surveyors as necessary Requirements of the Disrepair Surveyor:
