Manage the full lifecycle of door installation contracts from survey to final sign-off Maintain full P&L responsibility and maximise contract profitability Identify, document, and recover contract variations and additional costs Prepare accurate project forecasts and reports for senior management Coordinate surveys, approval drawings, procurement, and installation schedules Liaise with clients, production teams, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout project delivery Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance Manage snagging and remedial works to successful completion Obtain client sign-off and initiate invoicing and payment applications Ensure projects remain on schedule and communicate any delays proactively Requirements

Proven contract management experience within construction, door installation, or fenestration sectors Strong commercial awareness with experience managing P&L and contract variations Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across various locations Sound knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance requirements Experience producing RAMS and O&M documentation Relevant Health & Safety qualification Full UK driving licence preferred
