Coded TIG / Stick Welder Location: Rochdale

Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

Pay Rate: GBP19 per hour (depending on experience)

Start Date: Immediate

On behalf of our client based in Rochdale, we are recruiting an experienced Coded TIG / Stick Welder to join a well-established engineering and manufacturing business on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 8:00am 5:00pmFriday: 7:30am 12:30pm Key Responsibilities Carry out coded TIG welding on high-integrity cryogenic pressure vessels and fabrications.Perform TIG and Stick welding to a high standard.Complete tubular welding and fabrication work.Read and interpret engineering drawings and welding specifications.Prepare, finish, and inspect precision-engineered components.Ensure all work meets strict quality and safety standards.Carry out general fabrication and welding duties as required. About You To be considered for this role, you will have:

Time-served experience as a Coded TIG / Stick Welder.Valid or previously held welding codings (preferred).Experience welding pressure vessels, pipework, or similar high-integrity fabrications.The ability to accurately read and work from engineering drawings.Experience with tubular welding.A strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and safe working practices.Availability to start immediately.
